Can I convert airtime that was gifted to me?
Yes. Gifted airtime, surplus airtime from your employer, and airtime won through radio promotions are all accepted.
What if I bought airtime by mistake through my bank?
Banks are usually unable to reverse airtime purchases. DBS Kenya can convert that airtime back into M-Pesa cash for you instead.
How long does payment take?
